Public Contracts
Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC)
Construction of medium income houses at Ijaye Ogba, Ojokoro Agege, and Amuwo Odofin in Lagos State. – 1986-1988.
The Nigerian Police
Rehabilitation of 4 Lectures Theatres at the Police Staff College, Jos, Plateau State.
Mobil Producing
Construction of community Water supply system including providing boreholes, stations and reservoir fabrication as well as pumps and filtration rooms, at different locations in Eket, Akwa Ibom state. – 1989-1990
Federal Housing Authority
Construction of Housing Units at the Egan ADP housing Projects, Abesan and Iba in Lagos state.
Lagos State Ministry of Works
Rehabilitation of .75km Efon Alaye road, Shasha, Lagos State

Lekki Phase I
Completion of Family terraced house in Lekki off Aliyu Animashaun Street.
Hampton’s Kitchen
Conversion of one house of 12M x 10.5M into Kitchen and storage unit at Obalende. Ceiling to base Tilling of walls and installation of stainless Steel Cooking and Work Surface Units.
Lagos State Polytechnic
Rehabilitation of one building as a digital centre. Construction of new structures with raft foundation and sub- structural beams of about 1.2 meters deep (see pictures)
Lagos State Polytechnic
Rehabilitation of a high Rise Building Comprising of four story building of three class rooms units on each floor and the conversion of a ground floor Machine room into an Auditorium.
Introduction of 0.8M height x 4M wide podium and conversion of a side office on the floor into Galleries.
Road Construction + Maintenance
8km Igbo Rere road, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State.
4.8km Agbamo Ayunre Road,in Ondo State.
Part of team that developed the road network on Victoria Island, Lagos. Roads include Karimu Kotun, Etim Inyang, Ajose Adeogun, Muri Okunola and Ligali Ayorinde.
Road maintenance including : grading, paving, drainage construction and asphalting.
